Bug: Main ingredients can't share ingredients with optional ones

What's the problem 🤔

When I have a recipe with multiple parts for example Panna Cotta with strawberry sauce I use the optional ingredients to split them. After adding optional ingredients and saving the recipe the main ingredients with the same name get removed.

How to reproduce the bug:

New recipe

add sugar add milk

optional: add sugar

save recipe

Everything after the shared items gets removed from the main ingredients, so the result for this example is a recipe with only the optional ingredient sugar.
