Feature request: search inside recipies

What's the feature 🧐

As I see per now ( 2023 09 26 ) the search feature on recipes tab is looking only in the recipe name.

It will be great to have a general search ( also inside the recipe text - MINIMUM adding "in the ingredients" ) with at least few other subcategories

subcategory 1 - only in recipe title ( the actual search ) subcategory 2 - only in "keywords" ( create a new field named "keywords" separate from tags and use is only for search purposes ) subcategory 3 - only in ingredients subcategory 4 - only in tags

Imagine this scenarios

A. You have a lot of recipes involving eggplants ( baba ganoush , mutabbal ,.....) none of them having eggplant in the title. The actual search is not returning any of those if you are looking for "eggplant"

B. you manage to have a lot of tags The tag space is getting "messy"

C. You want a "sweet" "desert" with "jam" easy to do in less than 40 min. how you can search it?
