TokamakDemo: Can't see past Modifiers section

It seems there are some misconfigured styles or troublesome layout in the demo app, but I can't see all the items in the UI catalog on the standard macbook 13" with no scaling. Reproducible in both Safari Version 15.2 (17612.3.6.1.6) and Google Chrome Version 96.0.4664.110 (Official Build) (arm64).

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Run carton dev in this repo
2. See sidebar is not scrolling at all and rubber band effect applies to the whole page

I believe you can reproduce the same behavior by reducing the window size to the browser.

Expected behavior Sidebar is scrolling, revealing all the items
