Invalid sourcemap when using process option

When using `process` or `stripBanners` option, generated sourceMap is invalid. I think sourcemap should be generated before those transformations, see https://github.com/gruntjs/grunt-contrib-concat/blob/master/tasks/concat.js#L81-100. I'll propose a PR to fix this.

Disabling watchers used for two-way binding will have a huge impact on gantt performance (see #72). (Probably tricky to implement though ...)
