I would like to suggest a direct profile for upscaling sharpness and a filter for comics. There are so many filters, but I don't even know which one to choose, nor the size of the file that will be generated... for example, a 20MB file converted jumped to 300MB, and it was even slow on the iPad to open, but it was of absurdly good quality.

My recommendation is to use the Realesr-AnimeVideoV3 series, which minimizes smearing and preserves detail. Using Realcugan will lose detail, even with "No Denoising" enabled. See the comparison images below. However, they have a lot of models, and I couldn't try them all because my requirements aren't that high.
