Mobile Resizing on Calendar Page

Description The calendar page starts resizing disproportionately at around 900 pixels. Have the calendar retain proper proportions as the width gets smaller. Ideally, this works up to 320 pixels as that's the smallest smartphone.

Buttons can stay as is but can also be turned into a hamburger dropdown-like landing page if you want to stretch. The white background of the header should be extended appropriately.

This ticket is only to recoup lost space from the disproportionate resizing of the dotted border in the example I included It is not attempting to solve the fundamental issue of having 30+ days on such a small screen.

Acceptance Criteria

• Resizing calendar to 320px width should keep calendar to simular proportions as calendar page at 1000px.
• Although unlikely, updated tests if necessary.
