Please provide a summary of the feature

Add linting, what it is, and how it works to the wiki. Include troubleshooting tips for known errors.

I added everything I intended to. If there's anything I missed please let me know or feel free to make an edit. I was just going to leave the last Troubleshooting section open until any actual issues popped up.

Hey, feel free to assign it to someone else. I'd informed Caleb that I wouldn't be working on this a while ago, I probably should have mentioned it on the issue as well.
