I think when reworking the index page, I would also only link the two books and make them bigger and have some target group related questions or so. Something like...

It depends. I don't think I would like to give a recommendation here. People may still use their brains 😄 If I have an app where I only extend Contao...

You can find them in the String class (https://github.com/contao/core/blob/master/system/modules/core/library/Contao/String.php#L253) :) Why not documenting them on your own? ;)

I just think the general idea of the `PoolOptimizer::optimizeImpossiblePackagesAway()` step cannot work reliably, can it? The `PoolBuilder` is designed to load all packages into the `Pool` that are referenced anywhere...
