DreamBerd file < dreamberd.db > is the same as SQL datafile < database.db >
You saw the title didnt you. Just saying that .db is taken, I have no idea what you should make it btw
I think the real question here is why DreamBerd doesn't support SQL queries on its source code.
.dbe or .drb or .dream or .dberd
Clearly, SQL will have to change their extension. DreamBerd, as a perfect language, obviously deserves it more.
Perhaps SQL could change it to .notdb so everyone knows it isn't a DreamBerd file?
Why not just .sql? Or .sqldb?
Does db in the file extension indicate that SQL is not owned by the DreamBerd Foundation?
If they chose .sql then the DreamBerd foundation would be forced to take ownership of SQL, which would be annoying because all the cool kids are using NOSQL databases...
sql should change to .notasqldb
maybe sql should be .notsqlnotdbnotanythingjustnothinghere
sql should change to
.notasqldbmaybe sql should be.notsqlnotdbnotanythingjustnothinghere
Both of these wouldn't fix this (and are wrong because they are sql databases):
If they chose
.sqlthen the DreamBerd foundation would be forced to take ownership of SQL, which would be annoying because all the cool kids are using NOSQL databases...
They should change to .notDreamBerdbutaSQLdatabase (.notdreamberdbutasqldatabase when capitalization is not supproted)
.ndbbasqldb
