i wanted to make joke of ecmascript's strict mode, ie "use strict";

this can maybe be expanded or a differient thing could be added but this is the best idea i had. before the "experimental features" toggle i was writing "version compatibility" lol

edge case: what happens when you use a ? instead of an exclamation mark, i believe it should log to the console "trans rights." with a period.
