Code executor has limited "energy"
The code executor could have a limited amount of "energy" that is consumed by running a line, maybe the recharge!
statement could be used to mitigate this? The more exclamation marks, the more energy that is recharged, therefore the less times it has to be run?
Proposal: The recharge!
command let's the interpreter rest until it has all its energy back, but the command gets less effective over time.
So if you run it the 10th time it will recharge slower and not fully, like it wears out, because all batteries do that eventually.
