Accessory Not Ready to Connect

I have an Onkyo TX-NR656 receiver. I configured it correctly in HomeBridge. When I try to add a home accessory, the Home app asks me for a code. I enter "00000000". When I click Add I see an error "Accessory Not Ready to Connect" Please help. 🙏

When I turn on and off the device, I can see these changes in the Homebridge logs. I can also see the signal input changes. But I still can't add to HomeKit. I see the above error every time. Someone can help?
