Windows are offset from saved positions if Taskbar is at top

I prefer to place my Windows Taskbar(s) at the top of my monitor(s).

Unfortunately, TANWindowMgr seems to position all my windows lower (by the height of the taskbar?) than where I placed them when I saved.

Can you add a check to determine where the Taskbar is positioned and place the windows appropriately?
