Use alternative unit than cups

Coming from an European/German background, using cups as a unit of measurement is quite uncommon.

Maybe there is a chance of updating the recipe with metric measurements instead of cups? (am I right if I suggest that 1 cup of raw sugar is 201g and 1 cup of water is 235 ml?)
