Rigging a mini fig and cars

Is it possible to add rigging for the characters. there are some rigs but they only work for mecabrics. now that im most using the Ldraw system it is not possible for me to rig since i have no experience in that. if any one knows any rigs for Ldraw legos pls tell me where to find it.
