Question about TEMP files
Hi,
Thank you for this very complete tool! When I run it in SLURM HPC using a conda environment, it seems that EarlGrey writes a lot of files in the node's /tmp directory which makes it killed by SLURM. I tried to declare environment variable $TMP, $TEMP and $TMPDIR but it seems they have no effect. So I wonder if 1. EarlGrey actually writes stuff in such directory? and 2. if yes, is there a way to redirect the use of the temp directory? Best Jean
