[WelcomeCount] Embed support

This is something which I think will be a little tricky to get right. I want to make the embed fully customisable and not just dump the welcome message in the embed's description. This'll involve an embedmaker-like interface, or perhaps I could work out some way to integrate with embedmaker.

Avatar support would be included as part of this.
