In Progress Displays For Plan + Create_External_Models

I've noticed a few times that when I run sqlmesh plan or sqlmesh create_external_models it then chugs along in the background for anywhere from a few seconds to a minute without any indication its working.

Is there an appetite for adding a display to denote that the work is being done?

I imagine the import time to be what is costly and contributing to the wait time.
