In all github forks: Couldn't fetch DOMElement

While parsing some sites fetched works fine, for some fetches, this is the resulting error: Couldn't fetch DOMElement. Node no longer exists in .../phpQuery/phpQuery.php on line 148 It's the same with all forks I've found on github. Any ideas?
