Game freezing issue

From an e-mail i received:

Love your solitaire games but for some reason the games freeze and I am unable to move the cards with out using auto play after playing a game several times in a row. I have to exit the games and go to another app game and play for a while before going back to playing solitaire again for the game to start working right again.
