looks like it was an issue with the event not being cached, i'll be able to push a fix pretty easily
sadly, from what i can tell, most of this only doesn't work because of some bug in discord.js, not sure exactly what or how

could even set up some sort of web form on your end that receives data from the app where you let them fill out a mini-issue and creates an issue......
