Fallback to session installer if shizuku isn't running

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. I keep forgetting to start Shizuku service and I had it set on installer method as the default installer type. However, this setting always sticky and doesn't fall back to other installer types when needed

@zavocc Still having this problem? Latest version of shizuku has been resilient enough to stay active when run after bootup.
