Archive template not used

The default /ideas/ archive page doesn't show up correctly, as you can see on the screenshot.

Tested it on multiple WP installations, with custom and default WP themes, tried to change / update permalinks etc. but nothing helps. Seems to be the problem that the archive page won't be loaded correctly.
