Tested on .Net Core 3.1 Not all `Task` is `Task` at runtime, it might be `System.Runtime.CompilerServices.AsyncTaskMethodBuilder1+AsyncStateMachineBox1[TResult,TStateMachine]`, which is a struct not `Task`

Getting compiling error when using molecule in macos

What it should be:  but I get:  after scrolling down then back to the top, everything works fine.

### Description Since now paging3 supporting macOS target, I think a macOS target for paging3 extension would be nice.
