i know tried multiple tests and if the streamer is going online and the miner enters the irc chat he is not inside the chat because i dont get any streamelements points, it doesnt get recognized so i always have to restart the miner if a streamer goes live...

It is a problem that Twitch has, it is not a bug of the project. Try to do a similar project and you will have the same problem. The only way to solve it is that every certain interval of time your user writes something in the chat. Look at large channels with more than 30k users, in their list there is a reduced number of users.

The user do not appear in the viewers list but the project works as intended.
