Place bet on prediction a percentage of the way through the betting time.

A streamer that I follow sets the betting time to 10 minutes always and then closes betting whenever they need to, which means that the miner usually tries to place a bet after the betting is finished, and so I lose out on more points from predictions.

Semi-solution: Make it so that I can set it to place its bet a percentage of the way through a prediction, for example if a betting time for a prediction is 10 minutes long and the percentage is set to %50 then it would bet when there was 5 minutes left but on a 8 minute betting time it would bet when there was 4 minutes left. This way I could get more bets into predictions without trying to find a hard coded value that would work for all of the people I follow.
