pip install -r requirements.txt stuck on Installing build dependencies in Termux

After following all the steps in Termux when I type "pip install -r requirements.txt" it gives me an error and it just gets stuck on Installing build dependencies.

this has nothing to do with this repo. Look online how to install lz4 package on your architecture.

Nope nothing I try works, I also updated termux because I was using the playstore version.
