End message after /now run?

Hey man,

Really appreciate your work! This telegram setup has been so much help.

I noticed though that when I use a /now command, I don't receive an end message once the job has completed. I'm not an engineer but is there an easy way for me to add a snippet somewhere in the scripts.py file so a message is sent once the the run has finished?
