I actually think that these events are pretty safe from a personal information POV. And they could provide 3rd party websites with finer resolution on market data than they have...

I imagine that we'd need to enhance the journal events with SystemName, SystemAddress, and StarPos data.

Works for me, though I imagine most journal schemas are likely to still be quite similar to one another.
