Easier Facilities For Debugging Hooks

This would be very helpful somewhere maybe in channel page. I am not receiving notifications and I thought it was mode +S and notifico doing stupid grouping and ignoring the SSL option (I don't mind if it grouped non-SSL connections to SSL connections, but this way is stupid if it happens), but even after unsetting that nothing changes.
