Thanks, however I won't accept this with the black-ified styling. Black's styling is terrible and I do not use it in my projects.

I haven't received any funding to work on CKAN in quite awhile, so this stuff is on the absolute bottom of the list for me. I'm happy to add @smotornyuk...

For now, I'd rather keep the repo where it is. I am definitely open to revisiting in a few months. @wardi if you can bring this up during the Thursday...

Did you add it to your list of enabled plugins?

Relying on a cookie to authenticate the API intended to be used from a user's browser on the resource page is completely normal. Maybe I'm misunderstanding your issue.

What version of CKAN are you using? When you upload a file, do you see anything relevant in the CKAN logs?

ckanext-cloudstorage is currently Py2 only, while you're trying to use it with Python 3.8. Try out this PR: https://github.com/TkTech/ckanext-cloudstorage/pull/42 for Py3.8 support.
