I can't connect agents to web server

I have 4 processes with distinct users in a machine, but I can't connect between both services. Can you help me setup server and clients? Thanks advance

Actually pm2 and pm2-gui are both user sensitivity, i.e.: User A owns process1 and User B owns process2, process2 is invisible for A and process1 is invisible for B.
