UPDATE THE README FILE WITH CURRENT REPO STATE AS UNMAINTANED

We are about a year-long and the readme is not updated till now! unbelievable! Stop the confusion for new ppl coming in and add a clear statement about the repo statement on the readme file.

The django rest framework third party packages section has to be updated, it includes links to many unmaintained packages
