[ox-moderncv] add cvitem formatter

This will allow me to rewrite these sections in my CV:

** Programming languages #+LATEX: \cvitem{C}{ ... }

like this:

** Programming languages *** C :PROPERTIES: :CV_ENV: cvitem :END: ...
