Allow an option for persistent text labels for actions and items just like gearsets and macros.

As it is now, it appears that I cannot set a label to show persistently for actions and items. Some may not like it as it looks less clean, but I don't care since it's something that only appears when I'm browsing the radial menu.

There's a tooltip setting in v1.0.0.0 that can help with this.

Before I implement this I need to find a better way to deal with large names in general.
