Not able to connect to my DJI Mavic Air 2

Hi, I was able to build the code successfully after many troubleshooting and launching app on my iPhone. I even connected my phone to the RC of the DJI Mavic Air 2. However, it doesn't connect to the product. Kindly assist me on what went wrong. Thanks in advance. The only screen it shows is as shown in screenshot below. None of the buttons worked and fail. image
