• Text in Russian delineated in the content (main) part;
• Text in Russian delineated in the comment part within code samples;
• Miscellaneous text in Russian that may be detected elsewhere as well.

Exceptions:

• There is no need to translate auto-generated property files;
• High-root ".md" files specified in the main README.md ought to be as they are.
