Feature: for the control chart add built in filters wip/done

Control chart in jira displays all, completed and in progress tasks and the is no way to see which are in what state.

Usually we solve this by adding quick filter like isDone and inProgress to the board. It would be nice to have such filters built-in:

• built in filter switch all/wip only/done only, where done is the last column on the board, correspondingly WIP are all others
