Feature: quick filter with multiple selector by ticket field

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Quick filter/swimmline settings rotation is painfull manual action. It also requires admins rights for board.

Describe the solution you'd like Proposal - quick filter with multiple selector by ticket field with available values. Available values are from ticket field. Available values are sorted, unique and not repeated. On following ugly screen example for fix version field. All version values from board's tickets are collected to sorted set for selector. Also it is suitable for field 'component' and may be another fields for others cases.

Settings can be on screen 'Quick filters' of board's settings.
