UM2+ extended dual stuck in heating up

UM2+ extended dual stuck in heating up if using only one nozzle. It seems that is due to PID control of second nozzle temp (which is > 0 due to heat transfer from first nozzle). If I manually tune its desired temperature from 0C to 1C it became printing

I have the same problem here on my DIY UM2 machine converted to dual. @svpcom can i ask you a question? which programm do you use to generate dual gcode files? The ultimaker 2 dual is not selectable in cura anymore?

@samowitsch Use "custom fdm printer" profile with geometry settings from UM2
