Kobas dependency

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing your scripts for VirMiner. I just wanted to ask whether we need to download the KOBAS organism data package/species data package and configure the KOBAS running environment ourselves? The documentation for KOBAS 2.0 is a bit confusing to me so I was wondering if you could help me out.
