Working for altium designer 22

I've removed dead api endpoints and routed the converter api to a localhost backend that needs to be additionally launched when using a plugin. It should be included into the main script, but I have no idea how to include npm dependencies into altium scripts.

If you accept this PR please rebuild your release with the new .iss file.

Just letting you know that there is a problem loading the symbols on Altium 22 using your PR. I get the error "Load file error: Undefined object binary code 0". The footprint loads OK however.

I will try diagnose the issue and get back.

I tried to get symbols to work, but they come in EasyEDA format and look bad on altium, if you manage to port them, that would be awesome!
