I can't install the add-on in Blender 3.3.1

I can't install the add-on in Blender 3.3.1 both in mac and linux.

I was able to get this to work by first extracting the zipped folder, then re-zipping it and installing the add-on

i tested in 3.2.2, works fine. i added 1 click install support on plugget, see readme in my fork https://github.com/hannesdelbeke/FLAME-Blender-Add-on
