shouldn't this rather be submitted back to noble-uwp?

Although really IMO it should be added to the noble organization.

@jrobeson The goal would be to integrate the two in noble. I'm not sure if integrating in noble-uwp first makes sense

I opened two issues in the noble repository for integrating the two .
