Outdated versions of webjars

The following webjars are outdated and need upgrading:

  • Bootstrap
  • JQuery
  • Leaflet
  • Font Awesome

Unfortunately, upgrading these JavaScript libraries is never simple. Things always break. This is why we've decided not to have Dependabot upgrade them automatically.

Instead, somebody needs to go in, make the upgrades, and manually check the user interface of every quickstart to ensure nothing got broken.

I recommend doing one quickstart first, maybe vehicle routing? Once we merge that, the same principles will be applicable everywhere else too.

Please make the changes minimal, so that they can be easily reviewed. We are interested in dependency upgrades, not redesigns.
