Add Drag and Drop (DnD) for view move/copy/reorder

Views inside a panel can be DnD for reordering

Views that are DnD across panels should move the view from one panel to another

Views that are DnD across panels with a modifier key should link (creating a new view in the panel that was dropped to with the same track object)

Also drag & drop from the operating system for opening files would be nice, possibly another way to accomplish opening multiple files at once, see Issue 21

Yes, DnD from the OS would definitely be desirable, especially for non-standard "distributions" of files, where the "same stem / same panel" approach doesn't fit.
