Support changing focus across monitors using Focus keybindings

This might be possible to implement on current development branch. It might not be too much work but could probably use a bit of discussion on how it would work.

I only really want to support this feature if it doesn't require a lot of change in our architecture, as this is really niche in my opinion.

What are your thoughts regarding this?

Honestly, I thought about this some more along with a related feature of "move focused window to workspace in next monitor" as if it was a large composite workspace, but I agree it feels very niche. If the user really wants to focus a window on the workspace on their second monitor, they should just switch to that workspace rather than focus-move over to it. And, if a user wants to move a tile to an adjacent workspace, they can just use the move_to_workspace binding.

I don't think this really needs to be implemented at all at this point.
