Inline Diff Highlight Groups

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. When looking through diffs that are not full line deletions/additions, I'm a bit frustrated by not having a clear view of what exactly got modified.

Describe the solution you'd like I'd love to have inline-diff highlight groups akin to those of gitsigns. A simple example:

neogit:

gitsigns:

[CKolkey]

I've wanted this too, actually. I'll see what I can do.
