It should work in every browser which supports SVG, but we need to verify this.

I can verify it works in IE9 and FF19.

I've tested all current versions Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and Opera. Since IE is accounted for above, I think it's safe to say that it works in all major browsers.

I know this thread is 2 years old but I just came across this polyfill and I love it. In fact I love it so much that I ran a cross browser test, for anyone wondering what browsers this passes / fails in. IE6-8 look like the only problem browsers but that's expected.
