Support overflowing tall alert views in landscape phones

If providing a lot of buttons and the alert view gets super tall, it'll end up getting clipped.

This can probably be fixed by ensuring the view itself is clamped to the height of the screen, and containing the content views inside a UIScrollView. It shouldn't be too much effort.
